7cb Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and 7cb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 7cb website located at 7cb.one and all associated services including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting and the 7cb mobile application.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7cb login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow anyone else to access your account.

All activity that takes place within your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally carried out that activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 7cb support immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

You agree to:

• Keep your login details secure and not write them down or store them in an unsecured location.
• Log out of your account fully after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Update your password promptly if you suspect it has been compromised.
• Notify 7cb immediately of any unauthorised access or suspicious account activity.

7cb will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request claiming to be from 7cb, treat it as fraudulent and do not respond.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7cb — including deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals — are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees or exchange rate adjustments applied to your balance at any stage.

7cb supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Deposit processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited near-instantly. Raast and bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. Withdrawal times depend on the method selected and your account verification status. Mobile wallet withdrawals generally process faster than bank transfers.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal requests that exceed verification thresholds will be held until the required documentation has been reviewed and approved.
• 7cb does not charge internal processing fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

7cb offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot games and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed in full before you opt in to any offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Use

7cb provides access to casino games, live dealer tables and crash-style games supplied by third-party software providers. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. The outcomes of all random number generator (RNG) games are determined independently and cannot be manipulated by 7cb or by members.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7cb platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to play games or place bets on your behalf.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any bets placed during a known or suspected technical error may be voided.

7cb reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings and close accounts where fair use rules have been violated. In cases where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect payout, 7cb reserves the right to correct the balance regardless of how the funds have been used in the interim.

Game results are recorded and stored. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the stored server-side result is considered definitive. If you believe a game has produced an incorrect result, contact support with the relevant game round details as soon as possible.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section at 7cb covers cricket, football, esports and other sports. Cricket coverage includes Pakistan national team fixtures, Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals and domestic tournaments. Specific rules apply to sports bets in addition to the general terms set out in this document.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 7cb. The platform reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. A bet is only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation reference.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed at the time you place a bet are not guaranteed until the bet is confirmed. If odds change between your selection and confirmation, you will be notified. In-play odds may update rapidly during live matches.

8 Responsible Gaming

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings within the account may be forfeited. Real-money funds that were deposited by the member and have not been derived from bonus abuse may be returned at 7cb's discretion following investigation.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7cb platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, data feeds and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of 7cb or its licensed content providers.
